The TPB procurements are usually made in collaboration with The National Agency for Special Needs Education and Schools, and in consultation with Colligio AB (prev. named Allego Konsult AB). Previous to 2011 VHS Upphandling was used for consultation.

Nordic procurement of XML delivery control services – 2010

TPB has, in co-operation with the following Nordic government agencies: Celia in Finland, the Norwegian Library of Talking Books and Braille (NLB), Nota in Denmark and The National Agency for Special Needs Education and Schools (SPSM) in Sweden, procured delivery control of ANSI/NISO Z39.86 DTBook XML and related image content.
